Hi all 🌻

 

I’m so excited to see that you’ve found your way to our Nordic Community. This is a place dedicated to users from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland - but of course everyone is welcome! Because of the mix of countries - everyone is encouraged to communicate in English when using the Community.


Since we all are pretty new to this I thought I’d give you an overview guide/map on how things are structured around here, so that you can enjoy every part of the Community to the fullest.

Hi, when I ordered my new Galaxy z fold 3 from my operator (3), as an introductory offer you would get a case with pen and charger by logging in to the samsung members app, but I can find nowhere to register to redeem that offer. Has 3 lied tome or. But that would be strange because all operators advertise the same offer

Hi @Domarn 

It can take up to five business days before the offer shows up in the Members app 😀 When did you register your Samsung account in the app?

Not able to by watch. Ordered new watch from Samsung Shop. Got no notification of delivery. Got notification of return. Called Samsung Shop twice and was promised that return would be cancelled. Not possible to chatt. E-mailed to cancel return without success. Watch returned. Refunded. Got e-mail reply that watch must be ordered by me again. Samsung Shop useless.
