Hi, I've got a UE65KU6400.
It may or may not be related, but it recently had a new panel fitted due to a backlight issue and I'm wondering if the s/w was updated during this repair.
s/w version 1201 (update functionality no longer available?)
The problem is that the YouTube app no longer works properly - the navigation is broken. It seems OK for one use after removing the power (not just going into standby).
I'm wondering if there's a new s/w update but why can't I do an update? I could before the panel change.
