Suddenly, the app in question stopped working properly on my UE55JU7000 series Smart TV. The app starts but I can no longer switch from one video to another with the 4 arrows on the remote control (which work with other apps). I tried to update the TV and also did the Smart Hub reset, but Youtube doesn't work. Anyone know anything about it?

let's try to get this sorted. Can you tell me if the TV is running on the latest version available for it: version 1550.0? You can check this from the TV Settings> Support> Contact Samsung.
I am having the same issue here on UE48JU7000 model, I am unable to navigate within the youtube app. All other apps and functions on the tv are working fine.
