Hello.
Suddenly, the app in question stopped working properly on my UE55JU7000 series Smart TV. The app starts but I can no longer switch from one video to another with the 4 arrows on the remote control (which work with other apps). I tried to update the TV and also did the Smart Hub reset, but Youtube doesn't work. Anyone know anything about it?

Yes this is the only workaround at present, although its not the same as using the on screen menus 😞

I read somewhere that by entering in smart hub in developer mode, it's possible to uninstall and reinstall even the apps loaded by default from the TV. Anyone know?

Any resolution or workaround for that? I have UE50J6282 and still face the issue (cannot use navigation arrows when using Youtube). Thank you.

Yes, I fixed it by entering the Youtube settings and clicking on "reset app". Now Youtube works normally, even though I have lost all previous searches.

Hi mate how did you do it? I'm not in developer mode, only options i see for youtube under "My Apps" are reinstall, move, view details. None of these made any difference. Can you explain how you fixed yours? Thanks.

No need to enter in developer mode. Open the app normally and on the left at the bottom, choose the settings wheel and click on "reset app".
