u might need to replace batteries and check settings

Checked settings, swapped batteries reset TV and still can't add any sources to the smart hub page just won't let me.

Hi all, I have recently setup my new 65 inch frame TV that annoyingly turns off randomly also had connectivity problems with HDMI inputs - i have tried all the online recommendations in settings with no success!! I’ve ended up changing the head unit from another frame TV that I have owned for some time and it works fine I believe the 65” tv requires a new head unit. ?
