Did you mean:

Will SAMSUNG follow through and actually fix/replace my broken TV. (under warranty)

I purchased a 58-inch Samsung TV 7 months ago and it stopped working. Samsung sent three different people out and each time they could NOT fix the TV (mind you each time I waited a week each time). They then brought a replacement TV that was also broken. Samsung then said they were going to bring and exchange a second TV. They never did. Samsung then called me and said that they would be replacing my 58-inch TV with a 65-inch TV and I finally felt like they cared about me as one of their customers..... BUT.... 10 days later, a very rude person called me and told me that I was no longer going to receive the 65-inch TV. Instead, I needed to fill out some forms and they would refund the original amount. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I have been without a TV for 6 weeks! If Samsung cared about their customers they would do better than this. Samsung is one step away from losing an entire family as customers for life.

I hope someone will step in and make this right. I will hold off right now from blasting Samsung with bad reviews, but that is coming next.

Hey there and welcome to the Forum.

Sorry to hear of the challenges you've faced. Sadly Samsung won't see your comments on here as this is a Customer to Customer forum.

You'll need to contact Samsung Customer Service (I use that term loosely) and politely argue the point but to be honest they aren't renowned for their Customer service skills or outcomes.

Doesn't sound like the best of experiences for you, @Maxwell Kaufman, I'd agree.

Which country are you based in? And any more you can share with us about what the issues were with the original TV and the original replacement?
