I have a Samsung 7 Series 49 inch smart TV (#UA49RU7100RXSG). I have a WiFi connection where the SSID is hidden due to security issues. I have to enter the SSID and password every time I need to connect my TV with my WiFi connection. Has anyone encountered this issue and solved? Please assist me to overcome this situation. Please note that I usually disconnect the power supply as well to reduce any power surge risks. Thank You.

Hi @MKPD30 Can you check your Router settings in the admin page? You should have information from ISP, but if not known I could check. Some detail here https://uk.pcmag.com/wireless-routers/83093/how-to-access-your-wi-fi-routers-settings in your Wireless settings you should have an option to Broadcast the SSSID. Hiding it does not really increase security as shown in this article https://www.alphr.com/should-broadcast-wifi-ssid/
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
