Wifi Speaker Surround Setup is greyed out

I have a QA65Q6FNA which connects to speakers via bluetooth, but has a delay of 2 to 3 seconds. 

I am not able to connect the speakers via wifi? the setup is greyed out and I cannot even try. 

I have Beoplay M5 which is a wifi/bluetooth speaker.

Im having the same problem. Ive got a new Samsung Q70R tv and picked up the HW-Q70R Soundbar with swa-8500s in a combo bundle, and i have it all setup but the option to setup wifi speaker surround is greyed out. The rear speakers are connected, but not working properly. Their volume is very low, can barely hear them in my small room and they don't sync up properly with the Soundbar.

what you need to do is to go in your router settings and change the channel for the 5G network. Mine it was 112 and I've set-it up to 44 and now it works fine!

Trying turning your Smart TV off at the plug . Then turn it on after 45 seconds.  I have noticed a drop off in sync . Ocassionally need to do this . It works fir me.
