Why does Samsung not allow upgrade to the flagship model but make empty promises

So I purchased my Q9F at the end of 2018, just 2 years later 2.1 HDMi upgrade is not available after being told that the unit is apart it’s signature brand so it will be supported for at least  5 years. 

so disappointed......
