Hi - when we first switch the TV on, the picture is fine but deteriorates especially when showing night time / darker scenes. It has patches of colour which turn green or red/pink eg peoples hair, face or clothing and sections of the background.

@HolmBoy: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, and I will look into this further for you? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

@HolmBoy: Thank you. Please can you try pressing the Home button on your remote and heading to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Local Dimming > High > Contrast Enhancer > High > HDR+ Mode > On. I also recommend heading to Settings > > Picture > Picture Mode, and having a play around with the preset options to see if you're able to find something that suits the programmes you're watching, and your viewing environment.

None of these worked. When the scene is dark there are bright greens and distorted picture
