Wanted: Service Menu Screen Grabs please for UK TV ue50au7100kxxu

Hi

TV has a aerial in and out but no way of accessing a tuner menu.  I have access to the service menu, and now would like to check a known working menu against mine to see if i can see any odd settings.

Anyone provide a bunch of screen grabs please for me to check against please?

Hi thanks for uploading the links. They do not help i am afraid as the options to use configure tuner etc are not available on our system at all.  I think we have purchased, new, a panel that has been configured incorrectly from the factory preventing us from accessing.  Hence why i am looking for screen grabs of a working system based in the uk.

Have you connected the tv to the internet? 

1 select samsung tv plus

2 settings then broadcast. 

* note only when you are in tv mode can you access the tune menu.  Hope this helps

Not sure what service menus you need.  Post an image of your home menu screen.  Sounds like you have not followed the install instructions.
