Volumen numbers gone

Hi,

I got a UA65TU8500SXNZ TV connected to a sound bar HW-T450/XY and its subwoofer PS-WT45T.

When we first set it all up, and turn up the volum, the TV would show the volum going up or down by saging, "Samsung (Optical) 10", 10 being the volumen number. But every since last week, now it only says '"Samsung (Optical)" when changing volume, forcing us to look at the sound bar to see the actual volume number.

Anybody knows why this could be and how to revert it?

That seems strange, @kevinh89. As an exercise, could you try disconnecting the Soundbar before re-connecting, to see if that helps?

I unplugged and plugged back on both TV and sound bard and now its back to normal.

I had the same issue and disconnecting the sound bar and re-connecting it also fixed it for me. Thank you.
