I have a Samsung #QN85C 75". Whenever I use the voice search it only returns results from YouTube and does not show any results from linked services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc.).
Some Google searches indicate that there should be an option to select apps for voice to use in the General>Voice menu, or that one should be able to pick a voice assistant, but the only options I have there are for hands-free wake up and sorbitol Bixby settings. And none of the Bixby settings have anything to do with connected apps.
I just want the TV to return results from other apps. Is this really not possible?
FWIW, the TV was purchased in Norway.

Same issue. New q70c tv with YouTube only results. I've googled and search the community but no joy. And this issue has been ongoing for many people for a long time....

It's really a bummer that it's such a closed system. And this is basic functionality. Even Google TV on Chromecast does this. Arguably not really well, but it still makes an attempt.
Despite how beautiful the picture quality is, I'll probably go for a Sony next time. Much more open, from what I read. I already have good experience with Android TV and I like it.

Unfortunately this is a common issue with no known solution.
My tv has the same problem. Multiple phone calls, remote service, and even in person service could not fix it. I ended up having my tv refunded.

Same. I had to buy Sony with Google integrated for family to easily use. This beautiful quality Samsung tv is now relegated to another room and will not be buying Samsung again because of this risk. After many many years of preferring Samsung over other brands I now even question having a Samsung phone... lack of interest by Samsung here puts in question there ability to listen to customers across all products
