How do I turn off the voice guide  - grandson had remote and has turned this feature on somehow? The voice is loud and annoying.

Hi @Reever ,   Go to Settings-General-Acccessability-Voice Guide Settings.      Click on that and then click Voice Guide to disable it. It will be highlighted in green, once you disable will be grey and the "annoying" voice will be gone.

Navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.

You should be able to disable the Voice Guide feature easily.
