Accessing the service menu on Samsung H series TVs can be done using a specific sequence on your remote control. Here's how you can do it:
1. Power on your TV and set it to the TV input.
2. Press the Mute button on your remote control.
3. Enter the code 1-1-9.
4. Press the OK button.
Once you're in the service menu, navigate to the Hospitality Menu and then to Engineer Option < Config_AV_PATH. There, you should find the settings for V_HDMI IDENT TYPE and V_HDMI PATH TYPE.
