The TV model is UE55CU8000KXXU
It forgets the settings for the remote when switched off. I have spent hours with Samsung support but they can't solve this.
Each time I switch the TV on it has forgotten my Humax satellite receiver and I have to reprogram it. I have reset TV and remote. The batteries are good and the remote works, it just won't control the Humax. If I turn the Humax on first the TV complains about unknown device on HDMI 1.
The software is up to date version 1310.3.
