EASIEST SOLUTION 

Reset tv to default settings. Download the “SmartThings” app and follow the prompts.

I had everything done in 10 minutes.

I solved this by using my mobile phone as a hotspot and logging the tv in to that instead of the home wifi.

Once terms and conditions had downloaded and been accepted i switched back to the home wifi network and everything worked fine after that. So somehow the Terms and Conditons download was being blocked by the home wifi network!

I have done that over and over again still not working for me. I just bought this tv yesterday in the Marshall Islands and with no luck. 

Can you help

Hi there can you explain exactly what you did as I am having the same issue in Portugal!Not sure how you would set up your mobile as a hotspot?

Hi, Were you able to solve this? I bought mine at the walmart in HI and still to this date cannot set it up.

Go to the manual internet settings in the TV..add Google's DNS 8.8.8.8

Currently it's likely taking a local auto address...and your region is not supported.

Use a VPN on your router or an extender and that will solve the problem
