I have a Samsung UHDTV 7 SERIES (ue65ru7400). We just got Sky Q and the sky ultra high definition does not seem to work. It seems we have to activate something on our tv . Sky Q and Samsung tv are both updated.
When we go to
control-
settings-
picture-
expert settings-
hdmi- (this is not appearing in the menu )
uhd colour-
select HDMI
The "HDMI" option above is not appearing in the menu. Our HDMI IS in HDMI 1.
