UE65F9000 One connect box

Hi There,

I have lost my One connect box for my TV.

Is there anywhere I can buy a new one of these? I have spoken to the helpchat and called but I get mixed responses.

Some say it is just plug in and play but some say I need the exact box the TV came with?

Also I am 100 miles away from any "Samsung Engineer"

I too have the same issue, a 2014 F9000ST - can i buy a new connect one box and will it solve the UHD Evolution upgrade issue too?
