Until recently I have always been able to connect my TV to the router with a wireless connection, however this has now proved problematical with initial loss of connection and now a full loss of connection, As you would expect I have reset and powered down both the TV and router and whilst the initial set up confirms a wireless connection it no longer allows me to progress to the next stage as in displaying the available service providers.
incidentally the Sky Q box in connected by wireless with absolutely no connection issues.
The current software version is T-KTMDEUC-1280.5.
Any support would be appreciated.
