UE46ES8000 poor reception some channels but no problem on another cheap TV

Hi

I have had this for years but now I would like an answer.

Many nights the same channels give image breakup or nothing. Just checked one and it's signal strength flicks between 0 and 92 and the Bit Error Level goes from 0 to max, 2000

If I connect a cheap small TV to the same cable I have all channels with no hint of a problem.

Any ideas please?
