New Samsung AU7100 intermittent tuning of BBC channels

Just purchased an AU7100. It's having a lot of difficulty tuning, and keeping tuned, BBC channels.

After several re-tunings (particularly after auto tuning without the aerial plugged in), I can get a picture for BBC channels. I've turned off Standby Auto Tuning, which seems to de-tune BBC channels.

Having done all this, the picture and audio on BBC channels is occasionally broken/pixelated. There is no problem with the aerial or cable or signal reception. Previous (Samsung) TV had no problems. Other TVs have no problem in the same property.

Only BBC channels affected. All others OK.

Has anyone else had similar problems? Any silver bullets/magic button combinations I'm missing?

Hi,
Try Below

Using a coaxial cable, connect your TV (through the TV aerial input) to the TV aerial. ...

Power up your TV and input your wi-fi network and password.

You will then be prompted to tune your TV to find the available Freeview channels. ...

Once your TV is done tuning,
((save the channels))
to start watching

Yep, done all that. Currently, I have no BBC signal.
