All of a sudden, the TV went to a black screen & switched itself off. It wouldn't respond to the remote control and would not power up even when the power was unplugged and plugged back in.
I followed the guidance of turning off, holding the power button for 10 seconds and switching back on and turning on via the power button. I also removed the remote batteries and pressed the remote power button for 15 seconds and replacing the batteries. Nothing worked.
The TV was left unplugged overnight and would still not respond to the remote but fortunately did turn on via the TV's power button.
I updated software and re installed the apps etc but then it did it again.
Same process of powering off etc and eventually I did manage to get it back on but it was very unresponsive and expect it to turn off again.
Any suggestions??
