@Demon62442  Do you have the latest firmware,  2010.0 was released in May 2020  - can download to USB and download that way https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE40ES6300UXXU/

There is also a guide here for those not familiar with the process https://support.rakuten.tv/hc/en-us/articles/360010744914-How-can-I-manually-update-the-firmware-ver...

If have latest version and still issues  advice is to  reset the Smart Hub,  Factory Reset,   Reboot the Router (by unplugging),  possibly change DNS settings-  Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   Change from Automatic to   to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Iv got a samsung T.V and had the same issue with Netflix as well as other apps. Sometimes Smart Hub doesn't work at all and when it does it's slow and sluggish. If you've tried updating and your still having issues then maybe consider a Firestick or any equivalent product. I bought an Amazon Firestick about a year ago and have been running Netflix through that ever since. Quick and easy to navigate, always updated, so much better.
