UE40 remote control buttons reversed after update

Hi,

The remote control on our UE40F6320AWXXC has started behaving differently since the last update. Previously, pressing "up" on hte program change button would move you numerically up a channel, e.g. from 4 to 5. Now it does the opposite, e.g. from 4 to 3.

How can we reverse this behaviour, preferably without rolling back to an earlier version of the firmware?

It's been a couple of months and neither of us can get used to it and it's really annoying.
