I would like to ask you to check why the existing application Tvzone.app was removed from the app store?
Makunta without any prior warnings or any announcements, we tried to contact you but no one is answering our messages via the official communication channels.

Whilst I have not used it the Tv Zone app is available on a Samsung model in the Uk

However there be incompatibility issues for older models ,pre 2019 for instance.

I'm talking about TV models from 2023 and onwards, I'm not talking about old models, I know it works on them and it's not a problem with them, but with the latest new models that are 1-2 years old.

How old is your TV?

oh right, thanks for confirming.  I was testing it on a 2023 model. is this the only app with this issue, you may need to use live chat/call Support or contact the app Developers at [email protected]

I am not a user, but a developer of this application and I just want to ask you if there is any other way to communicate with your superiors so that we can see what the problem is!
Because no one responds to the messages and emails we send through official communication channels, can you help us with that?

This is primarily a customer to customer forum and not support/customer service. You could contact Moderators by sending private Message to @Sam_UK to see if they can escalate it would be specialists who would have this information.
