TV won't play youtube

After some advice. Tv won't play youtube, keep saying network error  but plays all the other apps though. Tried turning power off  for 30 secs whist holding power button also uninstall and reinstalled YouTube app but still saying same

have you tried resetting tv?

thank you for replying. we did try that. in the end we reset the router and that sorted it. how bizarre???
