Youtube on my samsung tv isnt working. the self diagnosis and reset the tv option isn’t working as well. tried to reinstall it but it shows try again later(52).
Please let me know what i am supposed to do.
@radhika: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Menu > Support > Contact Samsung. Is Youtube the only affected app? Have you tried checking for any available updates on the TV that might address this issue?
@radhika: Thank you. Did you have any luck with Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now? This appears to be a Canadian TV, therefore please be aware that if you are currently based outside Canada then this can lead to compatibility issues with some apps and features on the TV.
