TV switching off when connected to smart hub

Hi

When I connect my Samsung UE46D7000 to the smart hub and start up an app like ITV player then select a program to watch the TV switches off immediately then on a gain but goes to normal TV programs.

Any help would be really appreciated

Is the software on your TV up to date? Go to Menu > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
