after being away for a few days (2+days) my screen has bright lines from top to bottom across the full width almost like it it has to warm up?
After 10-20mins it’s fine like it HAS warmed up, first noticed it a while ago and it has happened again and again when the TV has been off a while, fine when it’s getting used everyday.

TV@Bruce4079: Can you attempt the following steps to see if this helps at all?
1. Unplug the TV at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. Remove any external connections from the back of the TV, such as a console or cable/satellite box, before powering on the TV to see if the issue persists.
3. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Do you get any 'failed' messages in the summary? If you do, reach out to our Help Desk on 0333 000 0333, where an advisor will be able to assist you further.

TVThanks Andrew, the next time the TV will be off for a couple of days will be next week so will try it then and let you know if it’s worked
