So my TV Plus stopped working suddenly. I did everything like troubleshooting it checking my network connection but nothing helped. And don't know why my tv doesnt contain device manager setting because of this I was not able to clear the app cache also. I have also reseted my tv but it did not help either. It kept showing the error in the pic below.

MODEL CODE: UA32N4305

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Remember that free services can have intermitent issues.

Router Restart
* Unplug your router from the power outlet.
* Wait a full minute (60 seconds).
* Plug the router back in and allow it to fully restart.
* Verify Physical Connection (If Using Ethernet):
* If you're using an Ethernet cable, ensure it's securely plugged into both the TV and the router.

DNS Settings:
* Access your TV's network settings.
* Locate the DNS settings (often found in advanced network options).
* Change the DNS to:
* Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
* OR Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
* Save the changes and restart your TV.

Switch to Wired Connection (If Using Wi-Fi):
* If your TV is connected via Wi-Fi, connect it directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
* Disable Wi-Fi on the TV.
* This will help eliminate Wi-Fi interference as a possible cause.

Check Samsung Server Status:
* Search online for "Samsung TV Plus server status" or "Samsung server outage."
* Check social media platforms (like Twitter/X) for reported issues.

Software Update Verification:
* Even if you believe the software is up to date, go into the tv settings, and search for software update.
* Install any available software updates for your TV.

Finally if all else fails contact Samsung Support:
* Prepare Information:
* Model Code: UA32N4305
* Software Version: T-KTSNINTV-1007

* Detailed description of the problem (Error 012-1).
* List of all troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
* Contact Samsung Support:
* Visit the Samsung support website or call their customer service line.
* Provide the prepared information and explain the issue.

* Regional Issues
* Ask Samsung support if there are any known issues with the TV Plus service in your region.

* Document any changes you make to your TV's settings, so you can revert them if necessary.
