Router Restart
* Unplug your router from the power outlet.
* Wait a full minute (60 seconds).
* Plug the router back in and allow it to fully restart.
* Verify Physical Connection (If Using Ethernet):
* If you're using an Ethernet cable, ensure it's securely plugged into both the TV and the router.
DNS Settings:
* Access your TV's network settings.
* Locate the DNS settings (often found in advanced network options).
* Change the DNS to:
* Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
* OR Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
* Save the changes and restart your TV.
Switch to Wired Connection (If Using Wi-Fi):
* If your TV is connected via Wi-Fi, connect it directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
* Disable Wi-Fi on the TV.
* This will help eliminate Wi-Fi interference as a possible cause.
