My Samsung TV has just stopped recognizing the ethernet cable that has been connecting it for the last 2 years. When I try to use smart features it tells me "The TV is not connected to the internet". When I run network diagnostics it tells me that there is no ethernet cable.
- The software is up to date
- I have checked the cable/ethernet connection by using it with a laptop - it works!
- I have reset the TV to factory setting. Now when I try to set up a wired ethernet connection it just sits there telling me to connect an ethernet cable (which I have)
Just to re-iterate, this cable has worked just fine for approx 2 years. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks
