Hello all
I have a Samsung UE48H6400 on latest software and am currently having some issues with it.
I recently changed broadband provider and installed their router (I'm not sure if this is linked to my issue, but just putting it out there). Probably a few days or a week after that I've noticed how the WiFi connection would drop and also at the same time the TV does not respond to the remote.
The red light on the TV does light up whenever I press a button on the remote but nothing else happens apart from that so I know the TV is recieving the signal from the remote but just not responding to that signal.
Have tried changing the batteries on the remote, used a different Samsung TV remote from the TV upstairs, and switching off the power from the mains but the issue still persists.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue please?
(I should add that all other devices connect to the WiFi ok.)

Hi no not done a reset via the remote - it's a bit difficult when the TV doesn't respond to it most of the time!
That's why I've just tried to do it by switching off the power supply at the mains
