Hi,
I had no wifi at home for 4 days and when the new router arrived the TV was not able to connect. All other appliances such as phones and laptops are connecting to the wifi and it works.
I tried the following:
- Reset the router
- Unplugged the tv from the power plug
- Reset clock manually
- Reset network to factory default
- And finally using the Lan cable.
The Lan cable worked properly. I am afraid it can be hardware issue with the wifi. How can I have that checked?
I think it is odd that because of 4 days without wifi it just doesn't work anymore. Specially because using the Lan cable it works fine.

Quick question, is your TV near the router? If so I would always recommend using LAN / Ethernet cable over WiFi. Much more reliable.
