Screen dims.

For some reason when I change channel the screen goes dim. After going through a number of channels if is so dim that you can hardly see the information. When thd channel appears the picture is fine.

I have tried re setting it back to the factory settings with no luck.

Sounds like you've got the screen brightness on auto. You can diaable this under the Power Saving options in settings.
