When I switch in my TV I get a message says updating TV software do to turn off the YV or disconnect the cable.until the update finishes ……..
After a few seconds I get another message
check the device is connected properly and then turn on the device by selecting the button below. STB icon and a close button show up.
After a few seconds another message shows up One Connect mini is disconnected your TV will reboot in 8 seconds and it keeps going into this loop over and over.
have. ASamsung 65 inch 4 k please help
