I have a Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and have found the subtitles to be highly erratic over all apps as well as commercial TV. The subtitles go on and off randomly and sometimes the subtitle option (although it should exist) is just not there at all. Is this a known fault for this model? How do I fix this plse?
