Trying to watch an Amozon Prime show. Show plays for about 30 minutes or so. Then the screen freezes. Only why to keep watching is turning off cable box and TV and then restart everything. After a few times like that TV says not connected to internet. Go to TV settings and it is. Have called cable company and Amozon and they both everything is good on their end. Any help out here? Thank you.
