Solved: The Frame warranty

Dear Experts,

I've bought The Frame TV 43'' in April 2022 in the UK.

The model is QE43LS03AAUXXH.

How long does the warranty last please? Is it 1 or 5 years?

Hi @About35 The standard warranty is 1 year. However some stores offer extended warranties, Richer Sounds have 6 year ones included with several sets and John Lewis offer 5 year warranties. I have checked and this model included. Depends where you purchased though. Samsung themselves sometimes offer extended waranties when buying direct but do not think have offers at this time.
