The Frame UE43LS003AU - One connect cable

Hi,

I recently purchased the Frame 43-inch TV (UE43LS003AU) with the One Connect box.

The cable is no longer working due to accidental damage, so I need to replace it.

It is very hard to find out what cable product IDs are compatible with this TV. Replacing the same one seems to cost 299€ (which is a ridiculous price to pay as the TV itself cost 800€...) and I can't seem to find it in stock anywhere. 

I don't necessarily need the 15m invisible cable because I have an in-wall tube and the box is less than 3-5m from the TV. I saw some resellers that sell One connect cables but it is not clear if they are compatible: https://www.av-connection.com/?PGr=9934

If anyone has any advice, please let me know!

To follow up on my own post, I also contacted customer support and they told me that there is only one compatible cable for this television. The product reference is BN39-02301B.

It is out of stock most places and appears to be listed at 299€!

I think that the cost and availability of these accessories should be considered when buying a Samsung television.

Hi,

I found a shorter 5M cable with the reference 5M BN39-02301B.

I found it for 82€ with a well-known Chinese online retailer.

My original cable is damaged unfortunately.
