Hi all, UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST: Took the TV back to John Lewis and got a refund. Bought a totally different make/model and everything was set up within 30 mins.
ORIGINAL POST: Just bought the T5300. No matter what configuration I try with RCA cables between my old stack hifi (not bluetooth) and the tv I cannot get any sound from the speakers, there are 2 options - optical and tv. I have checked the settings, my last Toshiba tv which was only 4 yrs old had a jack socket which i used for the white/yellow ends and plugged the red white into the tv audio sockets, but the Samsung tv doesn't have a jack option. Very frustrated at this point and in desperate need of advice. Thank you

Hi, no audio port but does have RCA. Tried connecting my sound bar to the TV, but it's not even finding it. The TV is basically rubbish

The soundbar is a K2 with subwoofer. I was on the phone to Samsung last night and they couldn't find any way to connect the TV either, it seems there are options not accessible that I need so basically I was sold a tv that does not have the functionality that its advertised as having. Taking it back to John Lewis tonight for a refund

Hi, took the TV back as some of the connection settings were greyed out which meant I was never going to be able to connect either my existing speakers or any Bluetooth soundbar. Now have a different make/model TV and everything was connected and working within 30 mins.
