my QN95A is saying chanels don't exist...i have many channels like, drama, itvbe, 5star, paramount, blaze etc... and all of the HD channels...59 channels in total all have a D with line through it and are un-watchable, there is also several radio channels the same. Very frustrating. Retuning doesnt fix the issue. All other samsung tvs in my house are fine...Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Try Below

Select "Menu" on your remote.

Choose the "Channel" or "Broadcasting" menu. ( The exact menu name will differ based on your model)

Select "Auto Program"

If you're prompted whether to scan for "Air" or "Cable," select "Air." ( Many TVs may not ask, and will scan for both automatically)

Thanks for trying to help, ive tried every option for tuning and it makes no difference... I have been reading some disturbing info about licensing for freeview HD being axed on tvs made 2021 and later and wonder if this has anything to do with it..i hope this is not the case...otherwise I've paid £3000 for a fancy paperweight and will be furious.

@MDLH    You could try disconnecting the aerial and Whilst no channels will be found can reset the system and then do it with aerial connected.  otherwise see if Factory Reset makes a difference.  However Freeview HD   is being phased out in the latest models,  likely due to  the expansion of Freeview Play and other apps.   Some customers also use  Satellite and Cable providers, some Sky content is also available via the Now Tv app.   however  Freeview Play is not currently directly supported on Samsung Tv's., Samsung though do support the BBC/ITV/ channel 4 and 5 On Demand services.   It could be that you would need a separate device for some of the Freeview channels.

It makes no sense why freeview will let you watch HD on older tvs and restrict it on newer ones...Samsung should be warning potential buyers of this issue beforehand... feel very frustrated .
