I've scheduled for my 2x Frame TVs to turn on in the morning at a set time via the SmartThings app. I would like for both of the TVs to come on and start in Art mode automatically but instead they come on in TV mode by default
I've trawled the community space, google etc and spent a frustrating couple of hours with Samsung support by phone and no closer to an answer. Is this even possible?
If it makes a difference, one of the TVs is the 32" which I know doesn't have the motion detector which is why I was hoping to rely on the automation via Smart Things
Seems like a very basic design flaw if this is not possible

Hi,
I am also having this same issue however we have a 32” and a 65” - the smaller TV behaves as we want and comes on via the routine onto art mode. The 65” always starts up onto the Samsung smart hub… can’t find any setting or routine configuration that corrects it. Have you managed to find a resolution for this?
Cheers,
Harry

Hi. I also have a 32" TV (2022) and was just wondering what model you have, and how you managed to achieve this (Starting in Art mode by default).
I called out a Samsung engineer, but he was unable to set it up (he had no experience of Art Mode or SmartThings).
For me, it works when the TV is in standby mode for a few hours, but not overnight.
