Spotify app not installing on UE50TU7100 smart TV

Hi,

I've recently bought this TV and cannot get the Spotify app to install - every time I click the install button, a loading circle appears but then disappears after 30 seconds and the install button reappears.

I am connected to the Internet and everything else seems to be working fine, I just can't seem to install this one app.

Any advice would be really appreciated

Turned it off and on several times. It started working an hour and a half later. Somehow it worked, I have no idea what changed
