Purchased samsung soundbar and tv from a qualifying retailer. Tried to claim back the relevant amount but claim rejected as the bill payer details were not entered (tv soundbar a gift). bill payer has tried to claim (as samsung said the claim can go ahead if the bill payer submits it) however now it says the soundbar has been redeemed??? anyone else had this problem. cant do live chat as everything i try, it says samsung is too busy....
