I have a QE43QN90CAT tv receiving Freeview for Sandy Heath transmitter and I keep having audio dropouts, but only on one channel, that is Channel 11 (Sky Mix). The sound drops out for about 1 - 2 seconds and then comes back for about 4 - 5 seconds and it repeats this for the whole evening. It might do this one day but then the next day it is ok.
I don't think it is a transmitter problem because I also have a Humax PVR on the same aerial and the sound on that is fine. As I have said, no other channel is doing this, it's just on channel 11.
Is anyone else experiencing this and if so have you found a solution?
In general, I have found the sound on this Samsung TV troublesome since I bought it, sometimes I can vary the volume setting by 15 or 20 with no perceptible change in the actual volume, I have tried to turn off any fancy sound settings in the menu but it's never been satisfactory.
