Smart view on PC with samsung QLED 2018 TVs ----Not compatible??!!

Hey guys,

I have just recently upgraded from a KS9000 tv to a new QE65Q9FN tv. Love the tv, but one major drawback is I cant get the smart view program on the PC to find the TV.

I used to use the samsung smart view program all the time to look at pictures and videos from my PC on the big TV screen, but now thats gone. Has anyone been able to get it to work on the 2018 tvs? My tv and pc are connected to the same network.

I tried samsung chat and they said the 2018 tvs are not compatible "yet", and they have not date estimates on when it might come. (so in reality means probable isn't going to support it)

Anyone have any other ways they connect their pc to the tv? (I know i can download onto usb and connect or use phone, but i i'm specifically looking at streaming from tv to pc directly.)

Smart View app isn't finding my TV either (55Q9FN)

This worked fine on my old 55Q7F.

My QE55Q7 from 2018 can't be find by my iPhone with SmartView. Probebly it isn't possible allthough it is mentioned in the manual of the television. Can Antonie help me?
