I can not use smart wiev on my pc or j7 or any ios device. i have no idea about what is the problem but i didn't see even " connected " page, i just wanted to know, there's someone had that problem before or it's just about me our my Samsung Smart Tv, my TV model is UE55D6000. i have called samsung costumer care service in my cauntry but they did nothing. i don't think they could just said " there's upcoming updates soon, you should wait that " etc.etc.etc. but i am tired of waiting about that. it's really clear i have something wrong so i was thinking maybe community can say something about that, whenever i tried to connect with my smart TV ( on pc ios or samsumg mobile ) i never get any error page or something just saw " connecting " but it keeps more then 3h when i try, or " connection lost " after i reset my Smart TV.
