Voice command stopped working about two weeks ago, brand new tv, about a month old. Connection is fine; however still not working. I see others have had the same issue in the past and some were resolved. Error message states “It’s taking me a while to respond because of too many tasks. Get back to me later.” Please Help! 😞

Hi if you have not found a solution yet .....I had the same problem with voice controls not working. No new updates available so I tried re-pairing the remote as advised in other posts...this did not fix the problem in fact I ended up losing the preview channel change so I repeated the process and ended up losing the basic channel change so the remote only worked for volume and on/off and smart menu. The source still showed it was connected to sky on universal remote so I deleted the connection and reset up the connection with the sky box. Remote working fine now and voice controls are back.
