The dog ate my smart remote control for my 50" frame TV

Has anyone, including Samsung, 4yourhome got a clue as to the part number of these? All I seem to receive is part numbers that don'y exist or aren't recognised!

She's a 14 year old - going on 6 months old - Springer Spaniel (B&W) called Bussell - because she had long legs when she was a puppy!

sorry - the images were of the remote control .. or what's left of it!

We bought it from John Lewis partnership.. I've tried them but they only came up with the larger remote control not the smart one
